Breakfast: Trailmix-type pancakes (hemp seeds, sesame seeds and pecans today) with some coconut flour and homemade strawberry sauce!
Lunch: Egg salad and tomato lettuce wraps (Kids had sandwiches), hummus and veggies, apples with sunbutter
Dinner: Broccoli and mushroom casserole (much like this recipe), s'mores for dessert with homemade graham crackers and rice puff marshmallows
I have altered the graham cracker recipe a bit to better suit my family, but that's a good one to start with. I will hopefully post my own recipe sometime soon! :-)
