Today we had a great day! Grandma came to visit for the day (to bring a bigger trap for our groundhog), so we grilled, and it was a FEAST! It was also a fantastic day to spend outside!
Breakfast: Baked oatmeal, eggs
Lunch: Grilled hamburgers, grilled portabello mushroom caps, sprouted wheat buns, potatoes with onions and garlic, hummus with veggies, asparagus (lettuce, avocado, onions, ketchup, mustard, Stubbs BBQ sauce, vegannaise for the burgers)
Snack: S'mores with homemade graham crackers, lindt chocolate and rice puff marshmallows
Dinner: Out to a Thai restaruant-- Pad Thai and Ponang Curry
