Monday
Breakfast: Leftover oatmeal and toast (finally made bread last night!!), strawberries
Lunch at the park: Sunbutter and date sandwiches (NOT a low sugar choice!), apricots, prunes (I brought cucumbers with every intention of serving them, but I forgot...)
Dinner: Grilled roast beef, broccoli, potatoes, salad, pecan pie, brownies (went to a friend's house for dinner!)
This week, I will let you know about our CSA, and what I did with the strawberries I picked on Saturday! Stay tuned!
