Breakfast: Oatmeal with apricots, blueberries and strawberries. Yum. All that delicious fruit.
Lunch: Granola bars, blueberry muffins (finally ate them all!), bananas
Dinner: Beans and rice with taco seasoning, tortillas that turned out more like flatbreads, fresh salsa (can't wait til it comes from our garden!), lettuce, cheese, chocolate ice cream dessert
